• Experience and Skills: The candidate must have at least two years of experience in banking law, focusing on transactional financing. This experience includes drafting and negotiating complex legal documents such as pledge agreements, guarantee and collateral agreements, and credit agreements.
  
• Professional Credentials: Juris Doctor degree or equivalent required. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
  
• Personal Qualities: Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $260,000 - $310,000, based on experience and qualifications.
