JOB SUMMARY:
New Riff Distilling is seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Ambassador Program Manager to lead our Brand Ambassador program within the Sales Team. This role will play a pivotal part in representing New Riff Distilling in the market by recruiting, training, and managing a team of skilled Brand Ambassadors, coordinating promotional events, and driving brand awareness and sales growth. The Brand Ambassador Program Manager will work closely with sales leadership, including the Vice President of Sales, Sales Operations Manager, and Sales Managers, to ensure strategic alignment and support for national marketing initiatives. This is a full-time salaried position located in Newport,KY. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Management
Recruit and Train: Identify, recruit, and onboard new Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they are well-prepared to embody New Riff's brand values.
Mentorship and Performance: Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Goal Setting: Define performance goals and metrics, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.

Program Development
Strategy Creation: Develop and implement a Brand Ambassador program strategy that aligns with broader marketing and sales objectives.
Resource Management: Create and maintain training materials to support consistent brand messaging and effective representation.
Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns leveraging the Brand Ambassador program.

Event Coordination
Promotional Event Planning: Organize and oversee sales events and tastings, ensuring that all elements are on-brand and engaging.
Execution and Feedback: Support Brand Ambassadors during events, analyze performance, and gather feedback to refine future activities.

National Market Events Support
Event Preparation: Coordinate with the marketing and sales leadership teams to prepare the Brand Ambassador team for national events.
On-Site Support: Provide direct, on-site support at national events, where needed, to enhance engagement and brand exposure.

Sales Support
Collaboration: Work with sales leadership to identify opportunities for Brand Ambassadors to support key account initiatives and promote sales growth.
Sales Metrics Tracking: Track program-related sales metrics and provide strategic insights to the sales team.

Market Insights and Reporting
Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform program strategies.
Reporting: Regularly report on program performance, including KPIs, event outcomes, and feedback, using insights to optimize the program's effectiveness.

Brand Representation
Standards and Values: Ensure that Brand Ambassadors consistently uphold New Riff's brand values in customer and event interactions.
Community Building: Foster a strong sense of community and teamwork within the Brand Ambassador team.

Budget Management
Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the program's budget, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to achieve maximum ROI.
Expenditure Monitoring: Monitor expenses and adjust strategies to remain within budget while meeting program objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
Required Education 

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Proven experience in brand ambassador management, field marketing, or a similar role within the spirits, beverage, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong team management and mentoring abilities with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Skilled in event planning and execution with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Previous experience in sales within the 3-Tier distribution system is preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position is primarily based in our Newport, KY office, with up to 25% travel required.
