Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Entry Level Dental Technician to join our team! Dental experience is great, but we will train you to succeed here at Artisan!

 

POSITION SUMMARY :
Provides a key role in the manufacturing fixed or removable dental appliances.




SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

• Must have good production skills
• Requires excellent fine motor skills 
• Able to sit at bench and work for up to two hours at a time
• Able to stand and work for up to two hours at a time
• Must be able to read and comprehend English to work from a prescription
• Must be detail oriented
• Able to work in a fast paced environment under a time schedule deadline
• Able to multi-task and organize work for the day
• Must be a team player and be excited to provide a valued health care service that positively affects others
• Pre-employment background check required
• Some dental experience is preferred, but WILL TRAIN

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Meets the minimum unit production standards established for this position
• Understands sequential steps of position and scheduling priorities
• Comprehends standard operating procedures as well as those of individual products
• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
• Displays excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure
• Respectfully takes direction from manager
• Other duties as assigned

STARTING SALARY RANGE : $20/hour
