We are looking for a DevOps Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing infrastructure, improving operational processes, and mentoring a dynamic and talented team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Management team to design and develop build systems, automation, and processes.
  • Implement and manage operational processes to enhance system performance.
  • Assist in developing technical standards and architecture for cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide hands-on leadership for technology and business services in operations and cloud delivery.
  • Work with Engineering, Architecture, and Application Development teams to support and enhance operational environments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering collaboration and effective communication across the organization.
  • Drive the growth and development of employees, providing guidance and leadership.
  • Ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of cloud services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Our ideal candidate has 5+ years relevant experience plus a minimum of 3+ years leading and developing teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing a DevOps roadmap
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Experience guiding, coordinating, and supporting direct reports
  • Experience in security field with SOC and PCI compliance
  • Maintaining and improving the functionality of automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with problems related to infrastructure systems and performance in Prod/QA/Dev environments.
  • Hands on experience with multi-tenant cloud environments, scaling and infrastructure management
  • Knowledge of best practices in an always-on SaaS environment
  • Strong AWS background in customer-facing product environment
  • In depth Linux and network knowledge
  • Familiarity with technology including Java, Relational DB, Kafka, Tomcat, Ngynx, Elastic Search, Kubernetes, Jenkins
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage and improve processes to ensure efficient cloud operations

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Additionally, there is potential for bonus compensation, providing further opportunity for financial growth based on individual and company performance.Salary information is provided per state regulations in CA, CO, CT, MD, NV, NY, RI, and WA.
