As the PPC Specialist , you will take charge of our digital advertising strategies, focusing on optimising and managing ad campaigns across platforms, with a primary focus on Google and Meta. Your key role will be to ensure our clients achieve strong ROI by creating targeted and effective ad campaigns. By joining our team, you will play a crucial part in improving client satisfaction, increasing retention, and identifying opportunities to upsell services. Your expertise will help minimise costly errors and maximise the impact of our media budgets.
Key responsibilities:
📈 Lead and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google and Meta.
🔄 Continuously optimise ad performance through analysis and adjustments.
🎯 Adapt strategies to suit different client industries and effectively reach target audiences.
✍️ Write engaging and relevant ad copy.
💰 Manage media budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
🗓️ Meet deadlines for client meetings and deliverables.
💡 Identify upselling opportunities based on campaign performance.
🤝 Maintain high client retention by delivering consistent, high-quality results.
🗣️ Occasionally join client meetings as a subject matter expert.
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time position, with working hours from midday till 8 pm Central European Time, which overlaps with 1pm Eastern Time.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
📊 Advanced Google Ads expertise.
📱 Experience with advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
🔧 Proficient with Ads Manager and comfortable setting up conversion tracking via GTM.
🛒 Experience with eCommerce, Local, and Lead Generation campaigns.

🎓 Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
🏢 Familiarity with a variety of industries, allowing for quicker adaptation to client needs.
✍️ Experience in copywriting or creative ad development.
🔍 Basic understanding of SEO and how it complements paid advertising.
