Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct bilingual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Provide support in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
