Built in 1882, the Tudor-style hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers. Overview:

As a Dishwasher, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all kitchen dishes, utensils, and equipment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth flow of operations in a fast-paced kitchen environment, contributing to an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Shift available: 4pm - 12am - Must have weekend and holiday availiblity - hours subject to change based on business needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machines to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle the disposal of trash and recycling, keeping work areas tidy
• Assist in restocking kitchen items as needed for continued kitchen operations
• Support kitchen staff with basic food prep and other tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely availability of clean items
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or similar role preferred, but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $13.50/Hr. - $15.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
